Formation BX is a sustainability project centered on developing systems and equitable business models for the waste reclamation industry. Our primary focus currently is collecting and processing plastic waste for use in closed loop manufacturing methodologies.
What have we done so far: Using DIY systems and methods based on Precious Plastic (preciousplastic.com), we have built machines to process plastic on an individual/neighborhood scale. We have begun development of community and educational programs, a business model, and marketing deployment.

We have also researched Styrofoam recycling and have developed methods to process/reclaim Styrofoam based on the program Orange R-Net created by Sony Corp.

Our goal is to create a comprehensive system of plastic waste reuse for industries, designers, fabricators, artists, and manufacturers.
